python-txws software package provides Python module to add Websocket support to the Twisted framework, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python-txws
python-txws is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python-txws package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-txws *
You will get with python-txws package name, version, architecture and description in a table
